Refund & Returns Policy

At Lumiveil, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, devices must not show signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return Email us at customercare.orajewelary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
