Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is typically 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays Lumiveil is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at customercare.orajewelary@gmail.com.

Wrong or incomplete address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
